This patient in her mid 60s underwent an extended arm lift (brachioplasty) with Dr. Isidoros Moraitis. She was concerned with hereditary sagging skin beneath the arms and into the axillary region that worsened with age and weight fluctuations. To achieve a more complete improvement, Dr. Moraitis was able to extend the surgical incision to address laxity along the lateral chest wall in addition to the upper arms.
