Case Notes
This patient in her late 60s chose an arm lift (brachioplasty) with Dr. Isidoros Moraitis to address significant skin laxity along her upper arms. Despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle, she experienced sagging skin due to natural aging that could not be corrected with exercise. During surgery, Dr. Moraitis removed excess skin and tightened underlying tissues to restore a smoother, more defined arm contour. Incisions were placed along the inner arms for a discreet scar position. Photos shown are 3 months postoperative. Save this case to your Favorites ❤️ to review at your consultation.
