This patient in her mid-20s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery wanting a fuller chest while keeping a natural shape that suited her frame. She started with an A-AA cup and wanted to be in a more comfortable mid-C cup range. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis placed Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch Smooth, Round, Silicone Gel Implants, full profile, 345cc bilaterally. The implants were inserted through inframammary incisions which helps reduce the likelihood of capsular contracture compared to some other incision sites..
