This patient in her early 20s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery seeking a fuller breast size while maintaining a natural contour. She desired a balanced, proportionate outcome with improved volume. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Natrelle Smooth, Round, Moderate Profile Saline Implants. The implants were placed submuscularly through a transaxillary incision, leaving no scar on the breast itself. The right implant was filled to 470cc and the left to 455cc to correct subtle preoperative asymmetry. Her result increased her from an B cup to a full C/D cup.
