This patient in her early 40s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after weight loss left her breasts deflated and lacking volume. She wore a B cup and wanted to restore fullness while achieving a natural, balanced appearance. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants. To correct subtle asymmetry, a 375cc implant was placed in the left breast and a 330cc implant in the right. Both were placed in a dual plane position through an inframammary (IMF) incision for precise placement and well-concealed scarring. Photos shown are 6 months postoperative.
