This patient in her mid-20s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery seeking enhancement to improve breast volume and overall proportion. She felt her breasts were smaller than desired and wanted a subtle increase in size while maintaining a natural look. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Allergan Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch Smooth, Round, Moderate Profile Silicone Gel Implants, 310cc bilaterally. The implants were placed through an inframammary (IMF) incision, which allows for precise positioning and leaves the scar well-concealed in the breast crease.
