Breast Augmentation #19762

This patient in her early 40s chose breast augmentation with Dr. Isidoros Moraitis to increase her breast size from an A cup to a C cup. She selected Allergan Natrelle Responsive Silicone Gel Implants, smooth and round, 415cc bilaterally. Implants were placed using inframammary incisions, which provide excellent access for accurate placement and symmetry. Her goal was to achieve a natural-appearing size increase that remained proportionate to her frame. After photos shown were taken 3 months postoperative. As you can see, her scar is still maturing and will continue to lighten over the next 3-6 months and blend naturally with her skin tone. Love these results?
