This patient in her mid-30s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after having children, noticing a loss of breast volume and a flatter appearance than she desired. She wanted to restore balance and feel more confident in clothing. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, 360cc bilaterally. The implants were placed in the submuscular plane using a dual-plane technique, which provides natural movement and improved shape. She went from an A cup to a C cup.
