This patient in her early 40s, a fitness competitor, came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery wanting to restore breast volume while maintaining her athletic figure. She had previously undergone an augmentation-mastopexy with another surgeon, later chose to have those implants removed, and then consulted with Dr. Isidoros Moraitis to pursue augmentation again. At the time of surgery, she wore an A cup and wanted a natural increase to a B cup. Dr. Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, 375cc bilaterally, moderate profile, placed in the submuscular plane.
