This patient in her early 30s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after having children, noticing a loss of breast fullness and shape. She wore a mid-C cup and wanted a natural enhancement to a fuller D cup that would restore balance and better fit her frame. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, 415cc bilaterally. The implants were placed in the submuscular plane through inframammary incisions to provide natural movement and well-concealed scars. Photos shown are 3 months postoperative.
