This patient in her mid-30s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after experiencing a ruptured breast implant from her original augmentation. She also wanted to take the opportunity to increase her breast size for added volume and projection. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed an implant exchange, replacing her original 400cc implant with Natrelle Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, high profile, 550cc bilaterally. The implants were placed in the submuscular plane for long-term support and natural movement. Her breast size increased from a C cup to a full DD cup. Photos shown are 6 months postoperative.
