Breast Implant Exchange #19624

This patient in her early 50s had previously undergone breast augmentation with saline implants more than 10 years ago. She later developed a rupture of the left implant and wished to replace both for improved symmetry and volume. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast implant exchange, replacing her original implants with Natrelle Smooth, Round Saline Implants 420cc. The left side was filled to 430cc and the right side was filled to 450cc to maintain balance. Both were placed in the submuscular position for long-term support.
