Breast Implant Exchange #21507

This patient in her early 20s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after experiencing a rupture of her right saline breast implant. She had previously undergone augmentation with Natrelle Smooth, Round Saline450cc Implants, filled to 470cc right and 455cc left. To restore balance and maintain her desired volume, Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed an implant exchange. The right ruptured implant was replaced with a 455cc saline implant, and the left was upsized slightly to 465cc to maintain symmetry. Both implants were placed in the submuscular plane.
