This patient in her mid 70s presented to Moraitis Plastic Surgery with pain and firmness of her breast caused by a Grade III capsular contracture. After consultation with Dr. Isidoros Moraitis, she elected to have both implants removed without replacement. The procedure relieved her discomfort and addressed the scar tissue surrounding the implant. She opted not to proceed with additional breast surgery or implant exchange.
