This patient in her 40s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery seeking breast reduction. She was a DD/F cup preoperatively and desired a small reduction to a full C/small D cup for improved comfort and proportion. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed the procedure using an anchor incision, also known as a Wise-pattern incision, which allows for effective removal of excess breast tissue and skin while reshaping the breast.
