This patient in her late 40s sought breast reduction to improve comfort and proportion. She wore a size G cup preoperatively and desired a reduction to a D cup, allowing her to fit better in clothing and reduce the physical strain from overly large breasts. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed the surgery using an anchor incision, also known as a Wise-pattern incision, which allows for removal of excess breast tissue and skin while lifting and reshaping the breasts.
