Breast Reduction #19770

This patient in her 40s underwent breast reduction to reduce her breast size from a DD cup to a C cup approximately 10 years before. She subsequently had multiple pregnancies and found herself needing another reduction. Her goals were to improve comfort, reduce the physical strain associated with heavy breasts, and achieve a more proportionate figure. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed the procedure using a Wise-pattern (anchor) incision, which allows for removal of excess tissue and skin while lifting and reshaping the breast.
