This patient in her early 30s sought breast reduction to relieve discomfort from excessively large breasts and achieve better proportion. She wore a G cup before surgery and desired a reduction to a C cup to improve clothing fit and overall balance. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed the procedure using a Wise-pattern (anchor) incision, which allows for the effective removal of excess breast tissue and skin while lifting and reshaping the breasts.
