This patient in her 60s underwent breast reduction to address the long-term physical strain of very large breasts. She wore between a DDD and H cup preoperatively and desired a reduction to a C cup for improved comfort, balance, and ability to fit better in clothing. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed the procedure using a Wise-pattern (anchor) incision, which allows for removal of excess breast tissue and skin while reshaping and lifting the breasts.
