This patient in her early 50s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery seeking relief from the physical discomfort of large, heavy breasts. She reported difficulty exercising, back and shoulder pain, and shoulder notching from years of bra strap pressure. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis, double board-certified plastic surgeon, performed a breast reduction (reduction mammoplasty) to reduce her breast size from DDD to a C up and alleviate symptoms.
