She wore a B cup and desired a fuller, natural look that would bring her closer to a D cup. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation with lift (augmentation-mastopexy) using Natrelle Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, 371cc bilaterally. A circumvertical (lollipop) incision was used to elevate and reshape the breasts while the implants were placed in the submuscular plane for long-term support and natural movement.
