Breast Augmentation with Lift #21692

This patient in her mid-40s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after having children, concerned about breast flatness and loss of upper-pole fullness. She wanted to restore volume and achieve a more lifted, balanced contour while maintaining a natural look. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation with circumvertical (lollipop) lift using Natrelle Inspira Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, 330 cc bilaterally. The implants were placed in the submuscular plane to provide long-term support and soft movement. The lift elevated and reshaped the breasts for a fuller yet proportionate result, reducing her cup size slightly from a D to a lifted C. Photos shown are 3 months postoperative.
