This patient in her early 30s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after experiencing breast volume loss and sagging following pregnancies. She wished for a fuller, more lifted look that restored balance while remaining proportionate to her body. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation with lift (mastopexy) using Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch Smooth, Round, Silicone Gel Implants (SSF), 485cc bilaterally. A circumvertical incision (lollipop incision) was used to both place the implants and elevate the breast position. Her result shows a natural progression from a B cup to a D cup.
