This patient in her early 20s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery with a tuberous breast shape that limited projection and fullness. She wished to achieve a more natural, rounded contour while maintaining balance between both breasts. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Mentor Smooth, Round, Moderate Profile Saline 390cc Implants to correct shape and volume. The implants were filled to 400cc on the left and 420cc on the right to achieve symmetry and placed in the submuscular plane for natural movement and support. Photos shown are 3 months postoperative.
