She wore a D cup and wanted to improve contour and droopiness without changing her overall size. After discussing surgical options, she chose not to undergo a formal lifting procedure. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a dual-plane breast augmentation using Natrelle Smooth, Round High-Profile Saline Implants, 330cc filled to 360cc bilaterally.
