Breast Implant Removal with Lift #21682

This patient in her early 40s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after having undergone breast augmentation with smooth, round, moderate profile silicone implants (350cc) approximately 8 years earlier. The implants were placed submuscularly via an inframammary incision to increase her volume from a small A to a C cup. Over time, especially after pregnancies, she developed breast drooping and felt her breasts no longer looked or felt natural. After consultation, she opted to have her implants removed and underwent a breast lift to restore shape and position without added volume. Photos shown are 3 months postoperative.
