This patient in her late 60s sought fuller, perkier breasts while maintaining a natural, proportionate look to her athletic, toned build. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a bilateral breast augmentation with mastopexy (lift) using Allergan Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch Smooth, ROund, Moderate Profile Silicone Gel Implants (310cc bilaterally). A circumvertical (lollipop) incision was used to place the implants and lift the breasts.
