This patient in her early 50s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery unhappy with the overall shape of her breasts and desiring more fullness along with a lifted appearance. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a submuscular breast augmentation using Mentor Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, moderate profile, 300cc bilaterally. A circumvertical (lollipop) mastopexy was performed at the same time to reposition the breasts and enhance their contour. Photos shown are 6 months postoperative.
