This patient in her early 30s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery wanting to restore volume and achieve a fuller look while maintaining natural balance. She wore a B cup and desired a D cup result that better matched her frame. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Mentor Smooth, Round, Moderate Profile Saline Implants. Each implant was sized at 375cc and filled to 400cc bilaterally. The implants were placed submuscularly through inframammary (IMF) incisions for precise positioning and a well-hidden scar in the breast crease. Photos shown are 3 months postoperative.
