This patient in her late 40s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after having children, noticing a significant loss of breast volume and fullness. She wanted to restore her shape with a natural but fuller look that better matched her frame. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, full profile, placed submuscularly through inframammary (IMF) incisions.
