This patient in her early 20s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery wanting to increase her breast volume for a fuller but natural look. She wore an A cup and desired a more proportionate D cup to better fit her frame and clothing. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Natrelle Smooth, Round, Moderate Profile Silicone Gel Implants, 450cc bilaterally. The implants were placed in the submuscular plane through inframammary (IMF) incisions, which provided precise placement and a well-concealed scar.
