This patient in her early 30s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery wanting to add volume and achieve a fuller, natural shape. She had always worn an A cup and wanted to be closer to a C cup for better balance with her frame. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed breast augmentation using Allergan Natrelle Responsive Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, 295cc bilaterally. The implants were placed through an inframammary incision, which allowed for careful placement and a well-hidden scar. Photos shown are 3 months after surgery.
