Breast Augmentation #19313

This patient in her late 30s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery seeking breast enhancement.. She wore an AA cup and wanted to achieve a natural increase to a C cup for better balance and clothing fit. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Mentor Smooth, Round, Moderate Profile Saline Implants. Each implant was sized to 325cc and filled to 350cc bilaterally for symmetry and projection. The implants were placed in the submuscular plane through transaxillary incisions for a well-hidden scar.
