This patient in her late 30’s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after pregnancies left her with a loss of breast volume and deflation. She wanted a fuller look. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch smooth, round silicone gel implants, full profile, 560cc bilaterally. She increased from an A cup to a DD cup, restoring fullness and shape. The implants were placed in the submuscular plane for natural movement and long-term support.
