This patient in her mid-30s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery concerned about drooping and loss of volume in her breasts following pregnancies. She wore an A cup and wanted to restore fullness and achieve a more proportionate shape. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, 405cc bilaterally. The implants were placed submuscularly through inframammary (IMF) incisions, which allowed for precise placement and well-hidden scars. Her final result brought her to a D cup..
