This patient in her early 40s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after having children, which left her with deflated breasts and a noticeable loss of volume. She wore a C cup but felt her breasts appeared smaller and less full than before. Her goal was to restore a fuller C cup while keeping a natural look. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Natrelle Inspira Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, 375cc bilaterally. The implants were placed in the submuscular dual-plane position through inframammary (IMF) incisions for secure placement and natural contour. Photos shown are 6 weeks postoperative.
