Case Notes
This patient in her late 70s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after learning that her breast implants, originally placed in the 1970s in the subglandular position, had ruptured. She was also unhappy with the volume and wished to reduce from a D cup to a C cup for a more comfortable, natural size. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed an implant exchange, replacing the ruptured implants with Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Smooth, Round, Moderate Profile Silicone Gel Implants, 310cc bilaterally. The implants were placed submuscularly for improved support, and a breast lift (mastopexy) was performed to restore position and shape. Photos shown are 3 months postoperative.
