Breast Implant Exchange #19625

This patient presented with capsular contracture of the left breast, 15 years after her original augmentation with saline implants. She was unhappy with the firmness and distortion caused by the contracture and wished to correct the problem while updating her implants. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed an implant exchange, removing the original 400cc saline implants and replacing it with a Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, 405cc. The new implants provided a softer feel, natural contour, and improved balance. Photos shown are 6 months postoperative.
