This patient in her early 30s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery after experiencing a rupture of her left saline implant, which had been placed subglandularly years earlier. She was interested in switching to silicone implants for a softer feel and more natural contour, as well as increasing her volume slightly. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation revision, replacing her implants with Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch Smooth, Round Silicone Gel Implants, full profile, 295cc bilaterally.
