This patient in her late 50s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery capsular contracture from her breast augmentation that was performed 20 years prior. SHe was also no longer happy with the volume. She wanted to return to a more natural size and shape. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed implant removal (350cc) combined with a breast lift (mastopexy) to improve breast position and contour.
