This patient in her late 50s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery with concerns about breast asymmetry and volume after having previously undergone a lumpectomy for breast cancer. She wore a C/D cup and wanted a smaller, more balanced size that would better fit her frame and clothing. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast reduction using a Wise-pattern (anchor) incision to reduce excess tissue and lift the breasts into a more natural position.
