This patient in her mid-60s underwent breast reduction to address the discomfort and limitations caused by overly large breasts. She wore a DD cup prior to surgery and desired a reduction to a C/D cup for better balance, clothing fit, and comfort. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed the procedure using a Wise-pattern (anchor) incision, which allows for removal of excess tissue and skin while lifting and reshaping the breast for improved proportion.
