This patient in her mid-50s came to Moraitis Plastic Surgery to discuss options for breast reduction surgery. She wore a D cup preoperatively and wanted to be smaller and lifted, choosing a B cup for improved comfort and proportion for her. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast reduction (reduction mammoplasty) using a circumvertical, or lollipop incision, to remove excess tissue and elevate the breasts.
