This patient in her early 20s wanted fuller breasts that better matched her build. She felt her natural breast size appeared disproportionate to her frame and preferred a subtle, balanced enhancement rather than an overdone look. Dr. Isidoros Moraitis performed a breast augmentation using Mentor Smooth, Round, Moderate Profile saline implants. Implant volumes were customized to address mild asymmetry, with the right implant filled to 285cc and the left to 295cc.
