This patient in her 60s underwent breast reduction with Dr. Isidoros Moraitis to address the discomfort associated with overly large breasts. She wore a DDD cup prior to surgery and desired a reduction to a D cup for improved comfort, clothing fit, and proportion. The procedure was performed using a Wise-pattern (anchor) incision, which allows for removal of excess breast tissue and skin, while lifting and reshaping the breast.
